In line with its vision for comprehensive rehabilitation and reintegration, the Rehab Foundation is actively working towards establishing post-detention transition homes for ex-prison inmates across Africa. These transition homes will serve as safe spaces where individuals can receive support, counseling, and guidance as they embark on the journey to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.
