Rehab Foundation has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to defending the rights of the poor and marginalized by offering free legal representation to indigent inmates awaiting trial. Since its inception in 2019, the foundation has been instrumental in securing justice for numerous individuals who were unjustly incarcerated.

A notable case is that of Segun, a 29-year-old commercial motorcyclist, who was wrongfully detained for seven months in Ilesha Prison on charges of housebreaking and stealing. The Vanguard News reported on this case, highlighting the foundation’s dedication to fighting for justice.

Our legal team intervened, represented Segun, and ultimately had his case dismissed, garnering media attention nationwide.

To date, the Rehab Foundation is providing legal representation to inmates across Osun State, Benin City, Lagos State, Abuja and Jos ensuring that justice is served for those who have been unjustly accused and incarcerated.
